These terms govern access to the Toontz website and related services. By using Toontz, you agree to them. Existing terms revised September 4, 2026.
What Toontz does
Toontz gathers and organizes nightlife information, including parties, concerts, clubs and bars, and provides it free through its website, app and content channels.
Event information
Information comes from public sources, organizers or automated processing. We try to keep it correct, but cannot guarantee completeness, accuracy or availability. Dates, times, prices, lineups and addresses may change or events may be cancelled without notice. Check directly with the venue or organizer before travelling or buying tickets.
We do not sell tickets and are not a party to transactions between you and third parties. Ticket links are provided for convenience.
Acceptable use
Do not use Toontz unlawfully or infringe others’ rights, interfere with the service, bypass security, overload its infrastructure or extract content in bulk by automated means without prior written authorization.
Third-party content and submissions
Names, images, trademarks and content from venues, artists and organizers remain their owners’ property and are shown for event information and promotion. Rights holders can contact us to request removal.
When submitting an event, venue or other material, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant permission to display and promote it through our channels. We may edit or decline submissions.
Availability and responsibility
Toontz is provided as is. We may change, suspend or end parts of the service without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Toontz is not responsible for loss resulting from use of the service or reliance on event information, including cancelled, changed or incorrectly listed events. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
