Find an event
Choose a city, date and music filters. Confirm the time, lineup, address, age restriction and ticket conditions with the organizer before making plans. Toontz does not sell tickets; ticket links open external services. The product interface is in Brazilian Portuguese.
Favorites, reminders and groups
Sign into the same account to access your saved items. If reminders do not arrive, check notification permission in iPhone Settings and the options in the app. Use “Report or block” in a group to report content or a user.
Delete your account
Use “Delete my account” in the app’s Options or the website menu. Account data and the Apple connection are removed; shared groups and other people’s data remain. Newsletter subscriptions are separate and can be cancelled through their email links.
Report an error
Send the event link and the detail that needs correction to tmk@terosmk.com. For technical problems, include the app version and what happened. Do not include passwords or private group messages unless needed for your request.
