Approve wedding stationery details before printing.

Wedding stationery often combines names, dates, locations and several coordinated pieces. A defined proof review keeps the couple's changes attached to the correct invitation, insert or other order item.

Make the review specific to the piece

Upload the image or PDF proof for the Shopify order item it represents. Ask the customer to check spelling, dates, venue details and the layout shown in the file. A private link keeps the review accessible on their phone without another account.

Use the proof to collect decisions about the artwork, and explain separately how screen color, paper and print finishing are handled in your shop. ProofTable is not a color-managed print preview or a guarantee about the physical result.

Close the revision loop before the print handoff

Keep comments with each proof version. If the customer requests a new time or a spelling correction, prepare and send the updated artwork for review. Do not infer approval of that revision from an earlier response.

When a piece is approved, download the matching files and approval record. The production queue helps identify approved items, while your own prepress checks still determine whether files are technically ready to print.

Before you finish

  • Check each piece against the customer's supplied details.
  • Send a new proof after changing text or layout.
  • Match the print handoff to the approved version.

Questions before you start

Can I send PDF invitation proofs?

Yes. ProofTable accepts image and PDF proofs linked to Shopify order items.

Does approval replace prepress checks?

No. Customer artwork approval and technical production readiness are different checks.
