Send a proof
Open a Shopify order in ProofTable, choose the order item and upload the image or PDF for review. Check the recipient and send the private customer link. Keep each version attached to the correct item.
Handle revisions and approval
Customer comments and decisions belong to the version reviewed. Upload a new version when artwork changes and request a new decision. Approval and production readiness are separate: check both before producing.
A link is missing or expired
Customer links expire after 30 days and the merchant can withdraw them. Customers should ask the merchant for a current link. Do not post proof links or customer artwork publicly.
Cancellation and records
Cancelling a paid plan while keeping the app installed preserves outstanding workflows within the retention periods in the privacy policy. Uninstalling withdraws customer links and stops notifications. Export approval records you need to keep.
