Lalafly is provided by TMK Apps. These terms cover its flight-availability search service. Contact tmk@terosmk.com. Source terms revised October 15, 2026.
Search information and booking
Lalafly shows publicly observed award-flight availability and mileage information. It is not an airline, travel agency or mileage seller and does not issue tickets. Loyalty-program names identify information sources; no affiliation is implied.
Mileage amounts, taxes and seats are snapshots with collection times. Programs may change availability without notice. An offer may no longer exist, taxes and charges may be incomplete or outdated, and a displayed seat may fail at booking. Confirm everything on the program’s website before booking. Your purchase decision depends on the program’s current offer.
Live searches, plans and trials
Live and deep searches query programs and consume plan credits. They depend on program availability, usage limits and possible provider blocks and can be reduced, paused or disabled without prior notice. Prices and plan conditions appear before payment. No plan includes unlimited live searches. Credit quotas renew at the stated plan interval.
Free, Premium and Pro plans are for you and your travel companions. Account sharing and searching for customers as an agency, operator or consolidator require a separate Agency agreement in writing.
Website Premium and Pro monthly or yearly subscriptions are billed by Stripe and renew until cancelled through your account. Access lasts through the paid period. When offered, a Premium trial lasts the period shown before confirmation, requires a card, charges nothing during the trial and converts to paid automatically unless cancelled before it ends. A reminder is emailed before the first charge; one trial per account. Route passes stopped being sold on September 23, 2026. Existing passes remain valid for their chosen route in both directions until the purchased expiry.
iPhone purchases
Premium and Pro purchases in the app are processed by Apple. Price, term and product are shown before confirmation. Monthly and yearly plans renew until cancelled through your Apple Account. Purchases belong to the Lalafly account used at confirmation. Sign into that same account and restore purchases to recover access. Manage subscriptions in My account or Apple subscription settings. Deleting Lalafly’s account does not cancel Apple renewal.
Apple handles App Store refund requests under its rules and applicable consumer rights. See Apple billing help. The iPhone app also uses Apple’s Standard EULA.
Alerts and account security
Alert delivery has no guaranteed deadline and depends on program queries, seat availability and email providers. Messages can be delayed, filtered or fail. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, we are not responsible for missed or late alerts or opportunities. Pause or delete an alert through its email link.
A preview can be explored without an account. New alerts require an account and paid plan. Sign-in uses Apple, Google, email links or a verified email and password. Protect credentials and your email inbox, keep contact information current and do not share access. Accounts involved in abuse, fraud or violations may be suspended or closed.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape or reproduce the database in bulk; use bots or scripts to query or bypass limits; resell or commercially redistribute information; share personal-plan accounts or search for clients without an Agency plan; access others’ accounts or nonpublic systems; reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the service; or send spam or unlawful content. Legitimate research, integration or press automation must be agreed by email first.
Editorial content, rights and outside links
Promotion and points-transfer notes use public sources and human verification. We do not reproduce entire third-party articles. Rights holders can request corrections or removal. Lalafly’s brand, layout, text and code belong to TMK Apps; airline and loyalty-program marks belong to their owners. Third-party destinations have their own conditions and privacy practices.
Responsibility and changes
The service is provided as is without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or accuracy of third-party information. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for purchase losses based on displayed information, withdrawn offers, missed alerts, service outages or airline and program conduct. Nothing removes mandatory rights, particularly under Brazil’s Consumer Defense Code; the law prevails in a conflict.
Features and terms may change. Material changes affecting accounts or alerts will be emailed. Continued use after changes means agreement to the revised terms. Brazilian law applies. Consumer disputes use the consumer’s domicile as provided by the Consumer Defense Code; other disputes use the service operator’s domicile.
