White Noise is provided by TMK Apps. The App Store app uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. This page explains product use and points to the applicable license; it does not replace Apple’s license.
Using the app
Listen at a comfortable volume. White Noise is a background-audio app, not a medical treatment or a guarantee of sleep, concentration or tinnitus relief. Sound recordings keep their stated licenses; credits identify their sources.
Purchases and consumer rights
Apple processes App Store purchases and refund requests. Check the price displayed in the store before confirming a purchase. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain in place.
Your files and privacy
You keep the rights to content you create. Share only content you are authorized to send. The privacy policy explains app data, permissions and deletion controls.
