What you can do with White Noise
- Keep the sounds available offline
- Twelve recordings include rain, ocean waves, a stream, a fireplace, a fan and an airplane cabin. White, brown and pink noise are generated continuously on your iPhone.
- Make a mix you want to return to
- Combine up to three sounds and adjust each volume. Save and rename mixes, favorite individual sounds, or search the sound library by name.
- Let the timer finish gently
- Choose a duration from one minute to twelve hours. Set a final fade of 15, 30, 60 or 120 seconds, or stop without a fade.
- Keep listening with the screen locked
- Playback continues while you use other apps. Enable Play with other audio for music or podcasts; standard playback supports AirPlay and system media controls.
Choose, mix and save your sounds
Available in English and Brazilian Portuguese. Mixes, favorites and preferences stay on the device. Choose a low, comfortable listening volume.
- Choose a noise color or a recording and start at a low, comfortable volume.
- Add up to two more sounds and adjust the balance if you want a mix.
- Save it for next time and set a sleep timer when you want playback to end.
Questions before you start
Do I need an internet connection to play the sounds?
No. Recordings are bundled with the app, and the three noise colors are generated on the iPhone. Playback works offline.
Are all sounds included in the purchase?
Yes. The public listing includes every sound and feature in one purchase, with no subscription, in-app purchases, ads or account. Check the App Store for current pricing.
Can I play rain and brown noise together?
Yes. Combine up to three sounds with separate volume controls, then save the mix. The app does not promise a medical or sleep outcome.
