Fieldnote is provided by TMK Apps. The App Store app uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. This page explains product use and points to the applicable license; it does not replace Apple’s license.
Using the app
GPS and timestamps reflect available device readings. They are not certified, tamper-proof evidence. Verify readings before relying on them and get permission to photograph sites or people. Exports and backups may contain precise locations.
Purchases and consumer rights
Apple processes App Store purchases and refund requests. Check the price displayed in the store before confirming a purchase. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain in place.
Your files and privacy
You keep the rights to content you create. Share only content you are authorized to send. The privacy policy explains app data, permissions and deletion controls.
