Set up your storefront
Install Dispatchly from Shopify, open it in your store admin and set your production lead time, working days, daily cutoff and store timezone. Add the Dispatchly block to your product template in an Online Store 2.0 theme, then save the theme.
Check a date or a missing message
Check the store timezone, cutoff, working days and any product or collection rule. The date means dispatch to the carrier, not delivery to the buyer. If nothing appears, confirm that the block is on the product template in the published theme and that the app is authorized.
Manage billing and data
Open billing inside the app to see your current plan and its limits. Shopify handles charges and subscription changes. Uninstalling revokes app access; data deletion follows the privacy policy.
